I am over 70 and petite but I still want to be a healthy weight. There was mention of sweetners causing stalling. I use no sugar very strict there but I do use stevia is there a limit on the amount of that. I am going to try and get that macro counter on My Fitness. I hope there is someone out there that can help me on this journey. A little stevia here and there should not cause any issues, I think the issue is with the artificial sweeteners.
